Resumo:

This lesson takes the students through the definition and clues of being able to determine an author's purpose. The lesson provides examples of each type of author's purpose and gives them interactive activities to practice what they have learned. There are assessment questions at the end to test their knowledge.

My 5th graders really enjoyed

My 5th graders really enjoyed this. Of course, the KIA commercial jingle is now stuck in our heads, but this was great!
