URLs and Ports

It is advisable that to prevent critical traffic from being blocked when MimioConnect is used in your institution, that you add the following URLS and Ports to your allowed list.

Typical symptoms of blocked URLS or ports include:

• Teachers unable to host MimioConnect sessions.
• Students unable to join a MimioConnect session.
• Students able to join a MimioConnect session but unable to see other users.

The URLs and Ports to allow are as follows:

• app.mimioconnect.com – 40.78.81.170:443
• perf.socketio.mimioconnect.com – 40.118.229.52:8088
• sso.mimioconnect.com (also known as Boxlight.us.cosmos.school)- 165.227.209.243:443
• mediasoup.mimioconnect.com – 40.78.97.228:4443
